What this is
Conditions, not case studies.
These are field photographs of the conditions we get called out to. There are no client names, project values or before-and-after claims attached to them, because that is not what a gallery is for. What each one shows is the kind of finding that makes testing worth doing, and where it typically turns up.
Friable pipe insulation
Torn jacketing on pipe insulation exposing friable material. This is the condition that turns a stable material into an airborne one, and it is a routine finding in Ventura County mechanical spaces.
Thermal system insulation
Canvas-jacketed insulation on overhead piping. Thermal system insulation is one of the most consistently asbestos-containing materials in buildings of this era.
Pre-demolition survey, Simi Valley
A pre-demolition asbestos survey in Simi Valley. Ventura County requires the building to be surveyed before a demolition permit is issued, not after the machines arrive.

Asbestos and lead inspection after a residential water loss. Cutting into wet mid-century drywall and ceiling texture is the exact activity that releases fibers.

Where we work
Every city in Ventura County.
Ventura County is home base. The office is in Thousand Oaks, so Conejo Valley calls are usually same-day. We take Los Angeles County work too, mostly across the county line.
