What this site collects, and why.
Who runs this site

What you send us
The request form asks for your name, email, phone, property address, the year the building was built, the service you think you need, and a description of the concern. That information is sent to us by email so we can respond to your enquiry. Nothing on this site asks for payment details or any government identifier.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email and project records for as long as they are useful for the job and for our own business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time by writing to Russell@enviro-chemcg.com.
What we never do with it
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for advertising. We share project details only with the parties a job requires, which typically means the accredited laboratory that analyses the samples, and anyone you ask us to copy such as your contractor, carrier or board.
Analytics
This site runs no analytics. There is no Google Analytics tag and no third-party tracking script on any page. If that changes, this section changes with it and the date at the top of the page moves.
Bot protection
The contact form currently runs no bot-protection service, so no third party receives anything when you use it. If one is added, this section will say so.
Hosting and logs
This site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, it keeps standard server logs including IP addresses and request times, which exist for security and reliability rather than marketing.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. The analytics and spam-protection services described above may set their own. Blocking them does not stop the site working.
Your rights in California
California residents can ask what personal information we hold, ask for a copy, and ask us to delete it. Write to Russell@enviro-chemcg.com and we will respond. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
Children
This site is aimed at property owners and building professionals. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, for example to our Google Business Profile or Yelp listing, those sites have their own privacy practices and this policy does not cover them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
